Description

[Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal), Morristown, NJ] A registered trademark for an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. A-C® 400 is a white waxy solid with a slight waxy odor. The product is used commercially in hot-melt adhesives, paper coatings, and cosmetics. Other similar A-C® ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers include A-C® 405 (6-11% vinyl acetate), and A-C® 430 (semi-solid at room temperature).
