Description
[Preservation Solutions, Chicago IL] A brand name for a cellulose ether based mixture sold as a consolidant for leather deteriorated by red rot. Cellugel a mixture of hydroxypropyl cellulose and isopropanol. The solution penetrates leather well and dries quickly without discoloration or surface residues.
