Description

A thick, twill weave, woolen fabric with a napped surface that has been rubbed to produce a nubby texture. Chinchilla cloth originated in Spain. The thick, spongy, pile fabric is soft and warm. It is often double faced or double-woven. Chinchilla cloth is used for coats.
