Dove Blue Rutland marble

Description

A general designation for dark, blue-gray marbles quarried in Rutland County, Vermont (Bucher 1996). In general, these are a high quality blue stone that takes a high polish. They were used for buildings, interior decoration and monuments.

Some product names include:

-Dove Blue Rutland - a uniform blue-gray marble

-Dark Blue Rutland -dark bluish gray marble with white clouds

-Dark Vein True Blue - dark bluish-gray marble with darker veins and white spots
