Description

A mass of short, fluffy fibers. Flock is made from new or waste fibers of wool, cotton, wood or rayon that are cut and ground to form a powder. Fluffy masses of flock are used to stuff furniture and mattresses. Flock is also used in flock printing to form velvet-like patterns on wallpaper, cloth or metal. It is an inexpensive extender in rubber, plastics and flooring compositions.
