Description

An oil extracted from the seeds of a mustard plant family Brassicaceae (example - Brassia hirla). The non-drying oil contains the following fatty acids (average %): Oleic acid (27.2), Linoleic acid (16.6), Linolenic acid (1.8), erucic (51.0), and myristic acid (1.3) (CRC Handbook 1980).
