Description

A pyrolysis technique that uses a pipette as a sealed test container. In the Rémillard pipette technique, the tip of the narrow end of a glass pipette is sealed, then a sample or reagent/sample mixture is placed at the funnel section and a test strip (PH, Lead acetate, etc.) is placed in the wide section of the pipette. The sample region of the pipette is placed over a flame producing evolved gases which then react with the indicator paper.
