Raymond Lemaire International Centre for Conservation

The Raymond Lemaire International Centre for Conservation is a multidisciplinary postgraduate training and research centre for the conservation of the built heritage. Since 1981, it is part of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. The Centre has trained architects, engineers, art historian, archaeologist and many other future professionals in the conservation and restoration of historic towns and buildings from all over the world. RLCC has developed projects dealing with architectural conservation, archaeological sites, pathology, conservation and restoration of masonry walls, structure consolidation, materials, surveying and documenting historic buildings and various other fields.
