Silicone Rubber Off-gassing depends on the initial curing system, platinum based cures have no offgassing; condensation cures can produce acid, neutral or basic chemicals during curing; peroxide cures can produce ketones or chlorinated aromatic chemicals as the material ages and breaks down.
