An unstandardized name for water containing sodium salts.

1) An effervescent solution containing carbon dioxide used as a beverage.

2) An aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate used for stomachaches.

3) An aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and soap used as a machine coolant.
