It is an open architecture model on a tripod equipped with a Rhodium tube with a beryllium window and a 650 micron collimator and no filter. Energy range is 0-50 KeV with a max voltage of 40kV and max current of 700µA. The scan time of 3 minutes. Note: The blanks show the glass slide substrates for the Forbes samples may contain measurable levels of arsenic, calcium, potassium, and/or zirconium.
