Analyzed on a Nicolet iS10 FTIR spectrophotometer with a Nicolet Continuum microscope using Omnic 32 (version 6.0) software.  Sample pressed on microdiamond cell and analyzed with transmitted radiation over a range of 4000-650 cm-1 at a resolution of 4 cm-1.  The spectrum is the sum of 100 scans.

Analyzed using Bruker Senterra instrument with Opus 5.5 software.  The pigment was analyzed using 532 nm laser at a power setting of 10 over a wavelength range of 65-1555 cm-1 and resolution of 3-5 cm-1.  The spectrum was integrated for 100 seconds.  A 20x objective was used for an analysis area of approximately 2 microns.

Analyzed using Bruker Senterra instrument with Opus 5.5 software. The pigment was analyzed using 532 nm laser at a power setting of 10 over a wavelength range of 65-1555 cm-1 and resolution of 3-5 cm-1. The spectrum was integrated for 100 seconds. A 20x objective was used for an analysis area of approximately 2 microns.
