Ciment fondu

Description
A fast setting aluminous cement. Ciment fondu, French for melted cement, is often used for casting sculpture (Mayer 1969). Its surface texture can be modified by additives such as sand and it is often reinforced with glass fibers to make a thinner, lighter structure.
