Description

1) (Physical definition) The degree to which a material resists deformation. Consistency is not a single measurable property but relates to density, firmness, plasticity and/or viscosity. It is usually describe by comparison to everyday materials, such as the adhesive has the consistency of honey.

2) (Chemical definition) The homogeneity of a material.
