Description

An insect control method originating from the mid-19th century. Flypaper consisted of a sheet of kraft paper coated with an adhesive such as oil or molasses. Poisonous flypaper additionally had an insecticide, such as arsenic compounds mixed with sugar or honey, added to the adhesive.
