Freezer paper

Description

A non-adherent coated paper designed to wrap materials for the freezer. The shiny side of freezer paper is coated with non-stick polyurethane. Freezer paper has been used to wrap wet books prior to freezing. Additionally freezer paper is heat-sealed to fabric as a stabilizing aid prior to cutting small pieces for applique and quilting. Thin fabric adhered to freezer paper can also be printed on with an ink jet printer. The freezer paper is readily pulled away from the fabric after cutting or printing, but polymer residue is left on the fabric.
