Urushiol

Description

A pale yellow liquid. Urushiol is composed of a mixture of catechol derivatives. It is the toxic component in poison ivy (Toxicodendron redicans), poison oak (Toxicodendron diversilobum) and urushi (Toxicodendron vernicefera).
