Description
A fine, cotton fabric with added patterns of dots or figures periodically incorporated in the weave. Dotted swiss fabric was originally made in Switzerland with a lappet weave. It is a stiff, crisp fabric. The added spots are made with an extra warp thread. Dotted swiss is used for dresses, aprons, curtains and children's clothing.
