Description
A sensitive detector used to detect the sound or motion of breaking glass. Break glass detectors are usually placed on windows, skylights, and display cases. The shock sensitive type of detector is activated when the glass experiences a vibration. The audio-discriminatory type of detector is activated by the sound of broken glass.
