Description
A sky-blue color paper. Azure blue color paper implied authority in England and is still used by many government offices (LaBarre 1969). It was usually a fine grade of paper colored with smalt and prepared with a watermark. Azure wove paper had a textured finish obtained from using a larger mesh screen.
