Description
Originally a trademark for a synthetic rubber made from the polymerization of butadiene (BU) with a sodium (NA) catalyst. Buna was also copolymerized with other materials. Buna-S is Buna copolymerized with styrene. Buna-N is the butadiene - nitrile copolymer.
