Description
A crinkled, elastic Tissue paper. The lightweight paper is crimped during the papermaking process. Early crepe paper was made by a dry crimping process, then, in 1902, a wet process crepe machine was made that enable the production of the soft, crinkled crepe paper that we currently use. Crepe paper is commonly used for decorations and wrapping.
