Description
An adhesive paste used to adhere Wallpaper to walls. Wallpaper paste is usually composed of Wheat starch or Carboxymethyl cellulose and can be removed with steam. Some high strength wallpaper pastes are made with Polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) emulsions. PVAC formulations usually include plasticizers, preservatives, and starch.
