Description
[Purafil, Inc.] A trademark product introduced in 1987. Puracarb® contains both activated alumina and activated carbon impregnated with potassium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate. Puracarb® minimizes corrosion in an enclosed environment by absorbing hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and chlorine gas.
