Description
A semisolid adhesive mixture usually composed of a water dispersion of starch or dextrin with possible additives such as gums, animal glue, or latex. Paste is commonly used as an adhesive for paper and cardboard. Dried paste adhesives are used for postage stamps and envelopes.
