Description

Strong, resilient fibers obtained from snake plants of the genus Sansevieria. Sansevieria plants are native to Africa and Asia. Bowstring hemp fibers are a soft, lustrous white. The waterproof fibers are used for bowstrings, cordage, ropes, mats, and nets.
