Description
Any compound that contains only Hydrogen and Oxygen. Paraffin is an aliphatic hydrocarbon and Benzene is an aromatic hydrocarbon. A polymer composed of carbon and hydrogen, such as Polyethylene, is called a hydrocarbon resin.
