Chocolate marble

Description

A dark brown Marble with notable occurrences in the vicinity of Knoxville, Tennessee and in Ontario Canada. Chocolate marble has high strength, is translucent and polishes to a high gloss. It is commonly used as a building stone. Chocolate marble has been used in the Tennessee State Capitol building and the U.S. Capitol building.
