Description
[Rohm & Haas] A registered trademark for a series of acrylic emulsions. Plextol® resins are used as dispersants, thickening agents and sizing agents in inks, paints, adhesives, textiles and papermaking.
Some types are:
- Plextol B-500: ethylacrylate/methyl methacrylate copolymer
- Plextol D-498: butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate copolymer
- Plextol D-360: butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate copolymer
- Plextol D-514: n-butyl methacrylate/methacrylate dispersion
