Damage from drugstore beetles

Severe damage to subflooring and floor joist by Drugstore beetles, Stegobium paniceum (Linnaeus). The frass being expelled by feeding lavae on vertical surfaces of floor joists is the most noticeable indication of an active infestation of these beetles.
