Description

A pale reddish pigment composed of chrome-aluminum-stannate. Pinkcolor was made by roasting chromium and zinc oxides in a furnace. It was known by 1836 in Germany. Pinkcolor was primarily used for ceramics and occasionally used in watercolor paints. It has a very low saturation and high cost.
