Description
A thermoplastic copolymer of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. Phenoxy resins use the same raw materials as epoxy resins but contain no epoxy groups. They are cured by reactions with polyisocyanates, anhydrides or other crosslinking agents. In general phenoxy resins are transparent with good dimensional stability. They are soluble in methyl ethyl ketone and are used for molded parts, coatings and adhesives.
