Sling Psychrometer

Description

A wet-and-dry bulb hygrometer used to measure temperature and humidity. Psychrometers are composed of two similar thermometers setup with one bulb is kept wet (with a wick immersed in water) while the other bulb is dry. Evaporation causes the wet bulb to be cooler than the dry bulb. The two temperature readings are compared to psychrometric tables to determine the relative humidity and dew point temperature of the air.
