Description

[Neschen, Lockport, NY] A registered trademark for a series of thin, transferable acrylic adhesive sheets. Gudy® adhesives were designed for cold-mounting photographs and graphic papers.

  • Gudy® 804 is a double sided adhesive film. One adhesive is permanent and the other is repositionable.
  • Gudy® 831 is a strong, polyacrylic ester adhesive on a thin flexible, rollable, non-woven paper carrier. It is often used to mount prints, photographs, and silk on mats without the need for a dry mounting press. The adhesive is easily applied by hand and will never dry out with age, but it can be removed with acetone or xylene. Acid free (pH 7), passed the Photographic Activity Test (PAT ISO 18916), and will not dry out or discolor with age.
  • Gudy® 870 is a substate-free film removable on a silicon paper carrier. It is a dry mount adhesive recommended for mounting paper, prints, photographs, and silk on mats without the need for a dry mount press. Acid free (pH 7), passed the photo activity test (PAT ISO 18916), and will not dry out or discolor with age.
