Description
A durable Leather made from the unsplit or grainsplit hide of any bovine, such as Bos taurus. Cowhide produces a tough, strong leather with a coarse grain. Vegetable tanned cowhide is used for sole leather. The grainsplit portion of cowhides are used for luggage, upholstery, handbags, harnesses, saddles, and belts.
