Deluge system

Description

An indoor sprinkler system with open heads. When the fire detectors activate, a valve opens for water to flow out all sprinkler heads wetting large areas quickly and completely. This type of system is used in areas where flammable materials are stored and water damage is not important (Bucher 1996).
