Description
A sturdy, unsized paper composed of cellulose, glass or quartz fibers. Filter paper is designed with a controlled porosity to filter fine particulates from gases or liquids. Filter paper is chemically pure, free from additives and has a neutral pH.. Cellulosic filter paper is usually made from chemical pulp or cotton fibers. Whatman filter paper is a common brand.
