Bronzing liquid

Description
A metallic varnish that contains bronze or aluminum powder as a pigment. Bronzing liquid usually has a varnish, oil tung oil, acetate amyl acetate, and/or nitrate cellulose nitrate lacquer as the medium. powder Bronze powder is not considered a permanent pigment (Mayer 1969). It produces a dull, grainy paint that discolors with time.
