Description

A processed oil linseed oil that has been heated (100-200C) for several hours. Small amounts of driers, such as cobalt or lead salts may be added, such as for linoleate varnish. Linseed oil varnish dries with a high glossy sheen and is used for industrial paints, varnishes, organic enamels, and for leather patent leather.
