Chlorofluorocarbon plastic

Description
General name for a plastic containing carbon, chlorine and fluorine. Chlorofluorocarbon plastics are typically very resistant to chemicals, solvents and heat. They have high impact strength and are nonflammable. An example is polychlorotrifluoroethylene which is sold commercially as Kel-F.
