Sassafras oil

Description
An oil extracted from the root bark of the sassafras trees (Sassafras variifolium, S. albidum, S. lauraceae) native to northern temperate regions. Sassafras oil is used as an odorant in fabrics, a flavorant and an ingredient in soaps and medicine.
