Description

[3M, St Paul, MN] A trademark for a thin insulation fabric. Thinsulate (TM) is made from a blend of polyester and polyolefin microfibers. The microfibers trap small pockets of air providing warmth and insulation even when damp. It is listed as hypoallergenic and machine washable. Thinsulate(TM) is used to make outdoor clothing, sleeping bags, hats, and gloves.
