Description
A general name for highly magnetic films made froom rare earth elements. Rare earth magnets are lightweight and as thin as 0.06 inches. They have high magnetic strength, and are resistant to corrosion and demagnetization. Examples include samarium-cobalt or neodymium-iron-boron magnets.
