Lynx

Description

Any of several medium size wild cats, such as the North American lynx (Lynx canadensis). Lynx are generally found in high altitude forests in Europe, Asia, and North America. They have short tails, and hair tufts on the tip of their ears. Their mottled cream, brown, and black fur is fine and silky, but lynx skins were rarely used commercially because they are hard to dye.
