Description

A class of resin polyester resin that melt when heated. Thermoplastic polyesters are used for films (Mylar, Melinex), fibers (Dacron, Terylene) and soda bottles. Examples are terephthalate polyethylene terephthalate and terephthalate polybutylene terephthalate.
