University of Denver Pre-conservation program
The University of Denver is one of a few universities in the country to offer pre-conservation, a program intended to prepare the student to enter one of the highly competitive graduate programs in art conservation and eventually to become an art conservator. Conservators preserve works of art and architecture throughout the world, working in conservation centers, art museums or private practice. The program is offered in cooperation with the conservation department of the Denver Art Museum.
