"The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) is the professional institute which represents conservation professionals in the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It has approximately 1360 members members, divided between 15 branches. The historic environment is one of the United Kingdom's most valuable assets.
