ASTM International (formerly American Society for Testing and Materials)
ASTM International is a non-profit organization that publishes internationally accepted standards for materials, products, systems, and services. Founded in 1898 as the American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM Internation now has over 10,000 members from 100 nations. The ASTM standards establish a base level for manufacturing, procurement, and regulation in over 130 industrial areas.
