Double salt

Description
A hydrated salt, such as alum, that has multiple cations in an aqueous solution but that crystallizes as a single compound. Examples are alum (potassium aluminum sulfate), Rochelle salt (potassium sodium tartrate), Mohr's salt (ferrous ammonium sulfate and nickel ammonium sulfate.
