Gallon (US)

Description
Currently a unit of volume measurement for liquids that is used in the United States. One gallon is the equivalent to 4 quarts or 3.785 liters. In Britain, the term gallon was a unit in the British Imerial measurement system where it was equivalent to 4.546 liters.
